Tracey Merritt, Assistant Principal at Flora Ridge Elementary

Throughout her career, Tracey Merritt has held the following positions: Teacher at Grace Bible Christian School in Hawaii (1992-1994); Teacher at South Paulding Middle in Georgia (1994-1996); Teacher at Soddy Elementary School in Tennessee (1996-1998); Teacher at Southwood Elementary in Orlando (1999-2003); Teacher at Michigan Avenue Elementary (2003-2007); Literacy Coach/Learning Resource Specialist at Lakeview Elementary (2007-2011); and AVID District Director and District Curriculum Resource Teacher for Gifted for the Osceola School District (2011-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Troy State University.

Throughout his career, Steve Louis-Jean has held the following positions: Teacher at Evans Maynard High School in Orlando and Academic Tutoring Services Site Coordinator (2011-2014 and 2015-2016); Teacher at Piedmont Lakes Middle School (2014-2015); PDCP Facilitator for Orange County Public Schools (2015-present); Math Instructional Coach at Wekiva High School (2016-2017); and District Instructional Coach for Orange County Public Schools (2017-present). He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems from New York City College of Technology and a master’s degree in Education, Administration and Supervision from National Louis University.
