All years at Parkway students engage in service learning, whether they are creating hurricane preparedness boxes for the elderly in Earth/Space Science or they are contributing time to bring awareness of a cause. Eighth grade students have the privilege of discovering their passion and making a difference in the community. This past year, we had two students partner with The University of Central Florida to raise money and awareness for school in Botswana, Africa. What will your eighth grade community project be?
