• For eligible four-year-old children that have never attended the regular term 540-hour instructional VPK program.
• The lead instructor must be a teacher with a valid teaching certificate.​
• Classes can have a maximum of 12 students with one lead instructor.
• Children in the VPK Program receive a high-quality learning experience with teachers who meet educational standards set by the state.
• Children are prepared to be ready for kindergarten based upon the statewide kindergarten screening Curriculum that enhances the age-appropriate progress of students in attaining the VPK Education Standards.
