• Meet Master Deputy Teems

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, a graduate of Oak Ridge High School c/o 1991 and have since received my associates degree in Criminal Justice  I began working at Walt Disney World during my senior year, as an attractions operator but shortly after, auditioned and became an entertainment performer at the Magic Kingdom.  In 1994, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corp as a logistics specialist, traveling to Okinawa, Korea and Estonia.  I became a Osceola County Deputy Sheriff in 2002. In 2003, I was assigned and spent 10 years on the DUI unit. I then became a DUI instructor where I traveled around Florida, teaching other officers how to investigate drunk driving incidents and continue to teach at our local police academy.   I’ve been a detective, where I investigated crimes against persons and economic crimes.  In January 2016, I became an SRO at Celebration High School.  I’ve loved every minute of mentoring and getting to know our youth, while watching them grow and mature.  I’m married to my beautiful wife, Tricia.  I have one son, who is 22 years old and a graduate of Florida State University. Additionally, I have a step-daughter who is a sophomore at Lake Nona High School.   We have two dogs and two cats to complete our family.  In our off time, we enjoy traveling to places like Savannah, Georgia and Asheville, NC.  We also enjoy the west coast beaches of Florida.
