What is SDOC4E?

  • What do you want to do when you grow up? This is the question we start asking our students almost the moment they step into the door on their first day of kindergarten!

The School District of Osceola County's main goal is that every student has a post-secondary plan. Throughout their educational lifetime, from K-12, students will be exploring all of the different types of career and educational options that are available. That is where SDOC4E come in - all students should have a plan to: Enroll, Employment, Enlist, or Explore. Here at Poinciana, the College and Career Counselor with the assistance of the Counseling Department will work with students to ensure that they have a post-secondary plan upon graduation.
