This page will provide instructions, information, and any other pertinent information for both our face-to-face students and digital students. As we return to school, we know that plans will change and we will provide support for those changes here.

    STUDENT SCHEDULES

    Student scheduled will be available for viewing in Focus beginning Monday August 17, 2020. Students can log in to their Focus account at http://osceola.focusschoolsoftware.com

    ENROLLING IN CANVAS COURSES

    All students will be able to enroll in their Canvas courses on Wedensday August 19, 2020. Please go to our Course Catalog and follow the instructions.

    ENROLLING IN TEAMS

    All students will be able to enroll in the appropriate Microsoft TEAMS for all of their courses on Wedensday August 19, 2020. Please go to our Course Catalog and follow the instructions.

    WHEN DO I GO TO LUNCH?

    This year we are splitting lunches to create better capacity to serve our students. Your lunch is now determined by your Per 2 or Per 5, depending on the day. You may eat lunch at a different time each day, so to make things easy we have created our "When Do I Go to Lunch?" tool. Please use it to determine when you eat your lunch.

    2020-21 Bus Route Information is now posted and can be found by clicking here.  Through September 4, parents should report all bus concerns via Transportation Parent Hotline (English)(Spanish).  After September 4, you can report a bus concern to our NEOC Admin Team directly by using this form.  All of this information (and more) can also be found under Parents -> Transportation.

    WHAT DO I DO ON MONDAY AUG 24, 2020?

    Monday August 24, 2020 is our first day of school for our F2F and Digital students. By now, you should have enrolled in all of your Canvas courses and also joined the appropriate Microsoft TEAMS for each course and period. You will join each Microsoft TEAM at the scheduled class time. For example, on Monday August 24, 2020 - it is an A-Day, meaning that you will follow your schedule and meet with Per 1, Per 2, and Per 3 at their designated times according to our schedule.

    HOW IS ATTENDANCE TAKEN FOR DIGITAL STUDENTS?

    Digital Students must "attend" class each day via Microsoft TEAMS during the course, period and time according to their schedule. If they are "tardy" to logging in they will be marked accordingly as if they were in the school building. Attendance is taken each day according to our schedule. Please make yourself familiar with your schedule and the times that your courses begin and end.

    WHAT ABOUT LUNCH?

    Each student's lunch time is determined by their Per 2 and/or Per 5 course. All students, F2F or digital need to know what time they eat lunch so that they report to their class at the correct time.
