All Osceola School District Students Will Eat At No Charge Between September 28 Through December 18, 2020


USDA has extended the meal program that allows all kids 18 and younger in school and the community to eat for free starting the week of September 28 until December 18, 2020. All face-to-face students, regardless of their meal status, will receive a breakfast and lunch at no cost while attending in-person classes. The district's curbside meal service for digital learning students and all children under 18 not attending in-person classes will be modified beginning September 28 to the following:

--Meal distribution sites, times, and days will change starting the week of September 28.  Meal pick-up can be at any location. To view the list of schools and distribution times, visit

--There will be no curbside meal distribution on Monday, September 28. Distribution will resume Tuesday, September 29.

--Meal distribution days will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.   Tuesday meals will be bundled with two breakfasts and two lunches per child. Thursday meals will be bundled with three breakfasts and three lunches per child.

--A reservation form must be completed by parents wishing to participate in the curbside meal program to select a location for pick-up.  The form can be found at

--To receive meals, identification for each student or child must be provided. Current student ID card, birth certificate, or any state-issued ID or passport are acceptable.

--Meal service will not be provided when schools are closed.
