District Wins 11 National Communication Awards

The Osceola School District’s Community Relations Department has earned 11 national communication awards from the National School Public Relations Association’s annual recognition program, which highlights the best public relations projects from public school districts across the nation. The department garnered the following national awards in 2019:

• Osceola County School Board’s 2019 State of Education Event

• Additions Financial Affinity High School Spirit Cards 
• Share Your Great Good News Platform 

Merit Awards: 

• Video Category: Superintendent’s “Every Child, Every Chance, Every Day” Video

We consider this a powerful movement because these awards are recognition for a job well done when telling the story of the Osceola School District. There are great things happening in our schools day in and day out and without the efforts of our community relations department, our community and beyond would not  be as aware of them as they are.
