"I went to the Osceola School District Employee Health Center for the first time in the hope of getting assistance with my eyes. 

"Prior to going to the Employee Health Center, a tech at a local eye clinic suggested that I go to an urgent care facility or the ER. I considered it but was unsure due to the COVID-19 virus. 

"All of the staff members at the center were very nice and helpful, but Giselle went above and beyond to find me a doctor that would see me in this emergency situation as the equipment at the center was limited in the ability to diagnosis my problem.

"Giselle even checked in with me the following workday to see how the appointment went. I don't know how she got me in with the doctor I saw, as they had a "Closed due to COVID-19" sign on their door and met me on a Saturday morning for the appointment. I am extremely grateful for her extra efforts."
