Deputy Russ is beginning his 33rd year in law enforcement. He served 25 years with the City of Coral Gables before coming to Central Florida. We are so glad to welcome him back for his second year here at PHE. He enjoys working with our panda family, keeping our campus safe, and helping our students to learn about careers in law enforcement.
