"Tohopekaliga High's principal Mr. Phelps has been doing an amazing job and I believe he should be rewarded with the principal of the year award!

"He opened Tohopekaliga High's 2019 inaugural class then had to navigate the difficulties of COVID-19 in his second year. His amazing work should be recognized, as well as all the staff that has been apart of the school's first two years.
