New Administrative Appointments 

October 6, 2021 - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

On October 5, 2021, the Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments:

A. Michelle Perez-Schwartz, Principal at KOA Elementary School

Michelle Perez-Schwartz has held the following positions: Teacher at various elementary schools in Texas (2000-2012); Math and Science Coach at Lakeview Elementary (2014-2016); Math and Science District Resource Specialist (2016-2017); and Assistant Principal at Kissimmee Elementary and Highlands Elementary Schools (2017-2021). She received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas State University, a master’s degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, and her Educational Leadership Certification from Stetson University.

Jaime Woechan, Assistant Principal at Poinciana High School

Jaime Woechan has held the following positions: Behavior Specialist (2005-2006); Resource Compliance Specialist (2004-2005 and 2006-2014); Dean of Students (2014-2017); Program Specialist (2017-2019); and District Compliance Program Specialist (2019-present). She received her bachelor’s degree from Richard Stockton College, her master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, and her Educational Leadership Certification and educational specialist’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Stetson University.

Shane Muller, Assistant Principal at St. Cloud High School

Shane Muller has held the following positions: Teacher (2011-2016) and Dean of Students/MTSS Lead (2016-present). He received his bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education from the University of South Florida and his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.

Michael Glassburn, Assistant Principal at Tohopekaliga High School

Michael Glassburn has held the following positions: Wrestling Coach; Math teacher; AVID Coordinator; Testing Coordinator; and Dean of Students (2005-2009 and 2016-present). He received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Central Florida and his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

Nuevos nombramientos administrativos 

El 5 de octubre de 2021, la Junta Escolar del Condado Osceola aprobó los siguientes nombramientos administrativos:

A. Michelle Perez-Schwartz, directora de KOA Elementary School

Michelle Perez-Schwartz ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: maestra en varias escuelas elementales en Texas (2000-2012); maestra guía de matemáticas y ciencias en la escuela elemental Lakeview (2014-2016); especialista en recursos de matemáticas y ciencias del distrito (2016-2017); y subdirectora de la Escuela Elemental Kissimmee (2017-2021). Obtuvo su bachillerato en educación elemental y estudios interdisciplinarios de la Universidad Estatal de Texas, una maestría en programas de estudios e instrucción educativa de la Universidad de Phoenix y su Certificación de Liderazgo Educativo de la Universidad Stetson.

Jaime Woechan, subdirectora de Poinciana High School

Jaime Woechan ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: especialista en conducta (2005-2006); especialista en cumplimiento de recursos (2004-2005 y 2006-2014); decana de estudiantes (2014-2017); especialista de programas (2017-2019); y especialista en cumplimiento de programas del distrito (2019-presente). Recibió su bachillerato de Richard Stockton College, su maestría de la Universidad de Florida Central y su Certificación de Liderazgo Educativo y su título de especialista en educación en programas de estudio e instrucción de la Universidad de Stetson.

Shane Muller, subdirector de St. Cloud High School

Shane Muller ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: maestro (2011-2016) y decano de estudiantes / líder de MTSS (2016-presente). Recibió su bachillerato en educación en ciencias sociales de la Universidad del Sur de Florida y su maestría en liderazgo educativo del American College of Education.
