Administrative Appointments

March 22, 2023  

The Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments on March 21, 2023: 

Dr. Diane LaMar, Director of Special Programs
Dr. Diane LaMar has held the following positions: Director of State and Federal Programs and Director of Linked Learning and Career and Technical Education for Palm Springs Unified School District, CA (2006-2016) and a Career and Technical Education Consultant (2016-present).  She received her bachelor's degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine, her master's degree in Administration Supervision and Instruction from San Diego State, and a doctorate degree in Education Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
 
Dr. Francisco Rivera, Principal of Narcoossee Middle
Dr. Francisco Rivera has held the following positions: Teacher at Innovations Middle Charter School in Orlando (2012-2014); Teacher and Dean of Students at Kissimmee Middle (2014-2018); Assistant Principal at Celebration K-8 (2018-2020); Assistant Principal at Westside K-8 (2020-2021); and Assistant Principal at Canoe Creek K-8 (2021-present). He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science, a master's degree in Educational Leadership, and a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
 
Angela Berdue, Coordinator of Student Services
Angela Burdue has held the following positions: School Psychologist for Polk County Schools (1995-1997); School Psychologist with Carrington Evaluation and Behavioral Services (2016); School Psychologist with the Osceola County School District (1997-2020); and Supervisor of Psychological Services for the Osceola School District (2020-present). She received her bachelor's degree and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida. 
 
Diann Loew, Assistant Principal at Neptune Elementary
Diann Loew has held the following positions: Media Specialist at Windermere Preparatory School (2009-2012); Teacher for the Osceola School District (2014-2019); Math/Science Instructional Coach for the Osceola School District (2019-2022); and Restorative Coach for the Osceola School District (2022). She received her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Kean University and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from American College.
 
Courtney Fuller, Assistant Principal at Deerwood Elementary
Courtney Fuller has held the following positions: Math and Science Coach at Polk City Elementary in Polk County (2020-2022); Teacher, Learning Resource Specialist, and Instructional Alignment Coach at Central Avenue Elementary (2011-2019); and Math and Science Coach at Deerwood Elementary (2022-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Lack Haven University and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.

La Dra. Diane LaMar ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: directora de programas estatales y federales y directora de Linked Learning y Educación Profesional y Técnica para el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Palm Springs, CA (2006-2016) y consultora de Educación Profesional y Técnica (2016-presente).  Obtuvo su bachillerato en Ecología Social de University of California, Irvine, su maestría en Administración, Supervisión e Instrucción de San Diego State y un doctorado en Liderazgo Educativo de Northern Arizona University.

Obtuvo su bachillerato en Ciencias Políticas, una maestría en Liderazgo Educativo y un doctorado en Liderazgo Educativo de University of Central Florida.

Angela Burdue ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: psicóloga escolar para las Escuelas del Condado Polk (1995-1997); psicóloga escolar con Carrington Evaluation and Behavioral Services (2016); psicóloga escolar en el Distrito Escolar del Condado Osceola (1997-2020) y supervisora de servicios psicológicos para el Distrito Escolar de Osceola (2020-presente). Obtuvo su bachillerato y su título de especialista educativa en Psicología Escolar de University of Central Florida.

Obtuvo su bachillerato en Educación Infantil de Kean University y una maestría en Liderazgo Educativo de American College. 

Courtney Fuller, subdirectora de Deerwood Elementary 

Courtney Fuller ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: entrenadora de matemáticas y ciencias en Polk City Elementary en el condado Polk (2020-2022); maestra, especialista en recursos de aprendizaje y entrenadora de alineación instruccional en Central Avenue Elementary (2011-2019) y entrenadora de matemáticas y ciencias en Deerwood Elementary (2022-presente). Obtuvo su bachillerato en Educación Primaria de Lack Haven University y una maestría en Liderazgo Educativo de University of Central Florida.

Sugeily Dolhon, actualmente subdirectora en Denn John Middle, será subdirectora en la Escuela de Artes del Condado Osceola.
