Administrative Appointments

The Osceola County School Board approved the following administrative appointments on May 16, 2023, effective June 5, 2023:
 
Will Hennessy, Director of Early Childhood and Extended Learning
Will Hennessy has held the following positions: Teacher at Ventura Elementary (2011-2014); Math/Science Coach at Ventura Elementary (2014-2015); Elementary Resource Teacher for the Osceola School District (2015-2016); Assistant Principal at Reedy Creek Elementary (2016-2019); and Principal of East Lake Elementary (2019-present).  He received his bachelor's degree in History from City University of New York and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University.  He is currently pursuing his doctorate in Educational Leadership.  He was named Osceola School District's Elementary Assistant Principal of the Year in 2019-2020 and Osceola School District's Elementary Principal of the Year in 2021-2022.
 
Nicholas Ahlers, Assistant Principal at Osceola High School
Nicholas Ahlers has held the following positions:  Teacher at Greater Newark Charter School and Team Academy in Newark, NJ (2007-2011); Teacher at Horizon Middle (2012-2018); Teacher and Test Coordinator at Poinciana High (2018-2022); and K-12 Social Studies Education Specialist for the Osceola School District (2022-present). He received his bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University, a master's degree in Education from the University of Notre Dame, and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education.
 
Kristina Jasmin, Assistant Principal at NeoCity Academy
Kristina Jasmin has held the following positions: Teacher at Oakshire Elementary (2004-2007), Teacher for the Osceola School District (2007-2016); Testing Coordinator and Instructional Coach at Osceola Technical College (2016-2018); Teacher at St. Cloud Middle (2018-2019); and Dean of Students and Academics at NeoCity Academy (2019-present). She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida, a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction/Instructional Design and Technology from the University of South Florida, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida.
 
Transfers:
David Edwards, currently Assistant Principal at Liberty High, will transfer to be Assistant Principal at New Beginnings.
Melanie Crawford, currently Assistant Principal at St. Cloud Elementary, will transfer to be Assistant Principal at Boggy Creek Elementary.
Amanda Brown, currently Assistant Principal at Boggy Creek Elementary, will transfer to be Assistant Principal at St. Cloud Elementary.
Annette Kalloo-Molina, currently Assistant Principal at Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts, will transfer to be Assistant Principal at Pleasant Hill Elementary.
Joanie Miranda, currently Assistant Principal at Pleasant Hill Elementary, will transfer to be Assistant Principal at Poinciana Academy of Fine Arts.

La Junta Escolar del Condado Osceola aprobó los siguientes nombramientos administrativos el 16 de mayo de 2023, efectivos a partir del 5 de junio de 2023: 

Will Hennessy, director de primera infancia y aprendizaje extendido

Will Hennessy ha ocupado los siguientes puestos: maestro en Ventura Elementary (2011-2014); maestro guía de Matemáticas / Ciencias en Ventura Elementary (2014-2015); maestro de recursos de escuela elemental para el Distrito Escolar de Osceola (2015-2016); subdirector de Reedy Creek Elementary (2016-2019); y director de East Lake Elementary (2019-presente). Obtuvo su bachillerato en Historia de City University of New York y una maestría en Liderazgo Educativo de Stetson University. Actualmente está cursando su doctorado en Liderazgo Educativo.
