SUPERINTENDENT'S MESSAGE

Dr. Debra P. Pace

As education is at the heart of our thriving community, the Osceola School District is focused on a clear mission to provide the highest quality of education to our children. We do that by creating a strategic plan with the School Board that aligns the district’s dollars, staff time, and resources to what best supports the highest of expectations for our students. Parents have every right to expect that outstanding instruction is taking place in every classroom every day, and all of our community residents, businesses, and organizations can be assured that they are welcome to become engaged with our schools. As we continue to build on our collective strengths and grow where we have opportunities, the focus will always remain on supporting our students so that they soar higher than they ever thought possible.

Debra Pace, Superintendent

MESSAGE FROM SCHOOL BOARD

School Board

As a School Board, we are proud that the Osceola County School District is a formidable economic engine in the Central Florida area. Osceola’s future economic growth and increased prosperity are assured with the new Medical City on its northern border, Walt Disney World and other attractions to the west, a new Valencia College campus coming to Poinciana, and the Florida Advanced Manufacturing Center, a new high-tech manufacturing facility, in the heart of the county. Strong community involvement, collaboration, and support for public education exist throughout the county. Despite rapid growth, Osceola has been able to preserve its rural heritage, a trait desired by so many other communities. Without a doubt, the Osceola County School District is poised to continually build on past successes and to realize educational possibilities that reflect the highest of expectations for all students.
