Statement from the Osceola County School District regarding NIL for High School Students
On June 4, 2024, the Florida High School Athletic Association’s (FHSAA) Board of Directors unanimously approved the revision of FHSAA Bylaw 9.9, Amateurism, to include Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Medical Opt-In Selection for Students
Parents, please be aware that the Osceola School District's medical option form has been changed for the 2024-2025 school year. The new form requires parents to opt-in to any medical services for their children, instead of opting out as in years past.

New Beginnings Community,
It is with great enthusiasm and sincere humility that I write to you as the new principal of New Beginnings Education Center (NBEC). As I step into this new role, I am determined to build on the school’s strong foundation.
My primary goal, as I begin my tenure, is to ensure that every student receives a quality education supported by an unwavering focus on our 4 A’s: Accountability, Attendance, Achievement, and Attitude.
At New Beginnings Education Center, we embrace the following mindset, “Each day is a New Beginning.” Call it a clean slate, a fresh start, or simply a new dawn. We truly “Believe to Achieve.”
