Director's Message
-
As we begin preparation for the end of the current school year and the beginning of the next, I would like to bring a couple of items to your attention.
In a couple of months, we will begin testing for our full-time students. We have posted a testing schedule for all grade levels under the assessment tab at the top of our website. Please make sure that you review this closely and make sure that your child is available to test on these dates. These are mandatory state assessments. As we get closer to these dates we will send out more information. Our teachers will be contacting your children soon to begin preparing them for these exams.
Registration for the 2021-22 school year will begin on Monday, April 5, 2021. Any Osceola County student who wishes to attend Osceola Virtual School full-time for the 2021-22 school year, will need to fill out an application on our website. The link will be active beginning April 5. Please review our FAQ and enrollment requirements on our school website
Any student interested in taking courses with us over the summer can register with their school guidance counselor beginning May 1. Please specify your students preferred start date. Classes will be available beginning June 1 and end on July 30.
Thanks again for your continued support and we look forward to supporting you and your child’s academic needs.
Sincerely,
Peter Hodges, Director
