Hello, I'm Officer Pagan. I was born and raised in a Puerto Rican family in Miami, FL. I later moved to Central Florida, where I then attended Harmony High School. Before my employment with SCPD, I was a member of the United States Army Reserves Military Police Corps & worked with the Department of Juvenile Justice as a correctional officer for juveniles. At the age of 20, I started my career with the St. Cloud Police Department as a patrol officer. Some of my accomplishments within the agency were being a part of the SWAT team, the field training officer program, and being a current crisis negotiator. I enjoy time spent with my family, and two dogs, practicing mixed martial arts, and reading comic books (especially Spider-Man). Being able to work with our youth is the most rewarding and enjoyable experience I have engaged in as a law enforcement officer.
