Leader in Me Measurable Results Assessment (MRA)

The MRA is to support our school in a continuous improvement cycle by changing what we SEE, create a plan to DO differently through the implementation of the highly effective practices, in order to GET better results in several categories.  

The results of the MRA will be used:

• to assess how the students, parents, and staff perceive their school culture
• identify school strength and challenge areas in leadership, culture, and academics
• develop goal-driven action plans to address key challenges
• implement strategic interventions including targeted coaching and professional development
