Hello Explorers,It is hard to believe that we are in the 2nd quarter of the school year. As we keep cruising through the school year, it is vital that our students stay focused on their academic success. Based on FAST PM 1, we outperformed where we were sitting at this time last year. This makes me very excited about the success our students are going to experience throughout this school year. In my mind, if we are already ahead of our data at this point, we will soar higher on our FAST exams this year. Please remember that we are a team. Please reach out to us if you ever have any questions or concerns. I know that my leadership isn't perfect and things at the school aren't perfect. However, if I don't know about an issue, I can't fix it. My number one goal is to find ways every day to help improve how our students view our school and how our community views our school. Working together, we will be able to find ways to help our Explorers excel. One way to do this is to help join our School Advisory Committee. Each month this committee comes together to come up with ideas for school improvement along with providing me with community input. So far, this has been an amazing school year and I can't wait to continue to work together to help our students to have the most successful school year ever.
Mr. Gary Dunn III,
Principal
