    School Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 4:25 p.m. (M, T, Th, and F)

                       9:30 a.m. – 3:25 p.m. (W)

    Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

    Breakfast Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

    Campus Gates Open: 9:00 a.m.

    Students dismissed to classes: 9:15 a.m. 

    1st Bell Rings:  9:25 a.m.  

    Tardy Bell/Classes: 9:30 a.m.  

    Dismissal Bell Rings: 4:25 p.m. (M, T, Th, and F)  and 3:25 p.m. (W)       

     

     

    Arrival and Departure Points  

    We want to ensure the safety and security of our students at all times. Please arrive on campus as close to 9:15 as possible, so that your child can go directly to class.  

     

    To ensure safety, access to campus will be limited to the following areas during arrival and dismissal times:  

      

    • Greenbrier Street Loop – Bus and day care van drop off/pick up. 

    • Campus Street Loop Pride 1 Gate – Car rider drop off/pick up for VPK through 2nd grade who have no other siblings at CK8 OR who have siblings in VPK – 2nd grade ONLY. In addition, ESE students in self-contained classrooms. 

    • Gym Loop – Car rider drop off/pick up for all 3rd through 8th grade car riders and K-8 students who have a sibling.  Cars will be directed to pull up and drop off only.  There will be no walker/bike rider access from the gym. 

    • Mulberry Gate –All walkers and bike riders K – 8 will enter through the Mulberry Gate (across from Founders Park). Car pick up is not permitted.

    Please note, for the safety of all, students utilizing the car rider loops must exit from the passenger side only.  Students who must unload or load items from/into the trunk of the car should wait to pull all the way forward in the line before unloading/loading.  This prevents the line from being delayed.   

     

    Please follow the directions of the staff on duty at each arrival/departure site.  They are there to ensure student safety.  Teachers will not be able to engage in conversations concerning your child as they arrive or dismiss. 

     

    Note:   

    • Early pick-up is discouraged. Students will not be called from the classroom the last 1/2 hour of the student day.  

    • A quick grab and go breakfast will be provided in the cafeteria before 9:30am.
