Welcome to Tohopekaliga High School
Dr. Casado is an experienced instructional leader joining Tohopekaliga High School administration team in the summer of 2022. He has been an administrator at the middle and high school levels over the past 22 years. In addition, he is a champion for Professional Learning Communities. Dr. Casado envisions high levels of learning for all students and looks forward to collaborating and supporting teachers and parents in preparing our students for college and career readiness.

My name is Felix Harris and I am the proud new Assistant Principal here at Tohopekaliga High School. I graduated from Florida State University with my Bachelor and Master's degree. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. I look forward to getting to know and work with all members of Tiger Nation.

Attendance Early Dismissal Policy
Early Dismissal Policy: Dismissals are not permitted after 1:10pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday. Early dismissals on Wednesdays are not allowed after 12:10pm

The purpose of Tohopekaliga High School is to educate, empower, and enable all students to become caring, contributing citizens who can succeed in an ever-changing world. Tohopekaliga High School is committed to focusing on high expectations and individual academic success and to creating a community of respect and responsibility.
Tohopekaliga Vision Statement
Tohopekaliga High School will be a nurturing, safe and professional environment that supports the educational success and social, emotional, and physical development of all students. Courses will be academic, engaging, and standards-based, with a focus on the learner. All school staff will be highly qualified and caring instructors who are attentive to the educational, cultural and physical needs of students and the Tohopekaliga community. Parents will be positive, supporting members of the school community. Students will be respectful, self-disciplined, productive citizens who think critically, make informed decisions and act ethically.
