Mill Creek Elementary

Mill Creek Elementary opened in 1987. Our mascot is the American Alligator, more commonly referred to by the nickname "Gator". Our school colors are royal blue and hunter green.

For several years in a row, we have received the Five Star School Award. Currently we have over 800 students enrolled in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. To help students meet their academic potential we teach the Florida State Standards. In addition, many teachers are implementing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) components throughout the curriculum. 

All of our classrooms are equipped with technology resources that help our teachers provide education to our students. Every student here at Mill Creek will have a device assigned to them, iPad tablet or Windows laptop on the first day of school. We strive to provide our student and teachers with a variety of technology resources.
