March 10th Make-Up Day
The Osceola County School Board approved Friday, March 10, 2023, as make-up day due to Hurricane Nicole. As such, March 10th will now be a regular school day for all students, faculty, and staff in order for the district to meet state requirements regarding the number of instructional minutes in a school year. At Mill Creek Elementary, we provide a quality education to 800+ students in Pre-Kindergarten through fifth grade.
Our faculty and staff members are committed to creating and maintaining an organized, caring, and engaging education for all students. Our mission is to develop academically successful students, socially responsible citizens and lifelong learners.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Working as a team, the parents, community and staff will challenge our students to become healthy, responsible, self-motivated individuals who are lifelong learners in a diverse society.We are a PBIS School!
Mill Creek Elementary is a PBIS school. Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) provides a positive and effective alternative to traditional methods of discipline. The goal is to create a positive social culture in which pro-social behaviors are explicitly taught and reinforced. At Mill Creek, we encourage our students to be Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Kind.
