Welcome to East Lake Elementary School!
It is my honor to serve as the principal of this strong community of families and staff. We strive to meet the needs of our students and develop partnerships that last beyond each child’s academic career here at our school. Our Eagle’s have PRIDE, which stands for Positivity, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Excellence (in Learning).
Our staff is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality education for every student at our school. We work hard to maximize each child’s potential for growth and prepare our students for the future. Our students will find a variety of before or after school opportunities, such as chess, coding, sports, and the arts to engage and excite them.
We are also pleased to have become a Dual Language School – this means that certain classrooms learn academics in Spanish and Hispanic culture through the arts and other elective offerings. By the 2022-23 school year, we will have these offerings PK-5th as we will be adding a grade level each year.
If you ever have a question or suggestion, please do not hesitate to contact Mr. Hennessy or Mrs. Knoebel. We look forward to ensuring our students at East Lake Elementary School have the best learning environment in our district!
