• Only enrolling parents are allowed to withdraw their registered student from our school.  You will need to come to the front office to fill out the necessary paperwork.  If you plan to withdraw, a 24-hour notice must be given.  You must bring your childs computer, computer case, computer charger, class books or any library book and pay any school obligations to receive the necessary withdrawal documents. 

     

    Please provide:

    • Student's full name
    • Identification number
    • Last date attended
    • Reason for withdrawal
