Attendance
Please note that the attendance policies at Celebration High School reflect those of the School Board of the School District of Osceola County, Florida. For current Attendance policies, please review the Student Code of Conduct pages 12-15.
Pre-Arranged Absences
To request a pre-arranged excused absence, please complete the Pre-Arranged Absence Form (osceolaschools.net)
Excused Absences
To excuse an absence, you must submit official documentation to Celebration High School Attendance

Clinic
Students may visit our clinic for health-related issues.
If your student requires a medication to be taken during school hours, you must first consult with the Nurse to fill out the appropriate documentation.

Dress Code
School Uniform Guidelines
Dress for Success!
• Navy blue, black or khaki pants, walking shorts, slacks, skirt, skorts, jumper, or similar clothing made of twill, corduroy, or blue denim fabric. (A small logo is acceptable)
• White or navy blue shirts with collars such as a polo, oxford, or dress shirt (A small logo is acceptable)
• Schools have the option of adding one or two shirt colors to reflect their school colors, and schools could permit students to wear school-sponsored T-shirts on Fridays or school spirit days that the school principal designates.Other Things To Remember . . .
• The size of shirts and pants must be appropriate to the student’s body size and not oversized or undersized.
• Shirts must be tucked into the waistband of the pants or skirt. Exceptions will be allowed for students in grades K and 1 and in individual cases at the principal’s discretion.
• The hem of the girls’ skirts or dresses must be no shorter than mid-thigh.
• Elementary and middle school students’ footwear must be closed toe and heel athletic shoes. High school students may also wear sandals provided they don’t interfere with the safety and welfare of the student and the school’s administration allows such. Platforms and shoes with wheels may not be worn.
• Hats, headgear, or any head covering will not be permitted except when approved by the Principal.
• Clothing can be purchased from any retailer or vendor.
• School administrators have final authority to decide if clothing complies with the rules.
• Parents and students should check with their school about additional shirt colors that are allowed.
• No outer garments without zippers or buttons may be worn on school property unless the outer garment is a school-sponsored item. Inside the classrooms, outer garments must be removed, completely unzipped, or left open for the school uniform to be visible. Hoods must be removed from the head while on school property. School-sponsored sweatshirts from the current school may be worn over the approved school uniform. -
Lost & Found
Any items left on campus should be returned to Student Services where they will be held until the owner retrieves them. Please see Student Services if you have lost an item.

- Applications with Mr. Figueroa (Cost is $10) Applications MUST be notarized!
- Exit between Bldg 1 & 4
- Turn in Student ID when leaving campus
- Students without an ID will not be allowed to leave campus
- Pay online: MySchoolBucks
Parents and Students:
Competing the SDOC form for permission for absence from campus during lunch means acknowledging that those permissions may be revoked if:
- Student transports ineligible students away from the school premises during the lunch period.
- Bring any outside food or drinks on campus.
- Fails to check out with the staff member on checkout duty.
If permanent pass (yellow ID) is lost, student must eat lunch at school until a new pass is able to be printed. Please allow 2-3 business days for another pass to be printed.
Otherwise abuses the privilege by:
- Tardiness (Loss of privilege of two weeks for the first tardy and a full nine weeks for the second tardy)
- Any future tardies or failure to return will result in revocation for the remainder of the school year.
