Harmony High School’s administrative team and faculty have always communicated the expectation that respect and tolerance are virtues for all of our students and staff to embrace and model on the Longhorn campus. As the principal at Harmony, I am always working to ensure our work is centered around four vital areas: relationships, culture, instruction and assessment. Our team builds relationships with all of our stakeholders by following four primary principles – trust, respect, purpose and optimism. The culture is supported through allowing all students and faculty to work collaboratively together to produce the very best work possible so students may grow and become productive citizens after graduation. By focusing on current, best practice instructional and accountable assessment methods, our administrative team and staff can guarantee all students will be successful!
