The username is an email that was used to set up the parent portal account. The password is created by the parent when registering.
Why doesn't the information I entered match a student in the system?
If the information doesn't match a student in the system, then that child's Social Security Number is not in the system. Try again, but this time only enter the Student ID number and date of birth. You will need to visit the school to have your account verified for each child whose SSN is not in the system.
What if I don't remember my password?
Click on the link "Parents: Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. An email will be sent with a temporary password. Log in to your account with the temporary password and change the password after logging in. If you do not receive an email, check the Spam folder of your email.
