Before and/or after-school academic support and acceleration opportunities offered to students through the end of this school year:

Before and After School Tutoring for all Subjects (ELA, Reading, Math, Social Studies, Science, Civics, Algebra). Morning: 7:20-8:50 Afternoon: 4:20-5:20. Face to Face students can attend Face to Face and Digital can attend using a TEAM code. Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday through end of school year excluding holidays.

Academic support and acceleration opportunities offered on Saturdays through the end of this school year:

We will be working with PAFA, Chestnut, Deerwood, and KOA to be offering 5th grade and middle school tutoring and acceleration. Weeks are clustered based on importance of standards prior to FSA. First three weeks will focus on ELA/Writing. 5th Grade teachers will be teaching 5th grade students and middle school teachers teaching middle school and also pushing into elementary classes. This is open to all students. For accelerated students, students will be invited to camps during the weeks of their content focus. The time for Saturdays is 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.. Food will be provided each weekend.

Academic support and acceleration opportunities offered as a special event or community outreach through the end of this school year:

During our Saturday program, the Counseling Teams from Chestnut, KOA, PAFA, Deerwood, and Discovery are working together to do Saturday Seminars regarding various Social Emotional areas to help parents look for signs when interacting with their children. Discovery will also be working on doing an Open Gym/Healthy Habits seminar for students that don't need the academic support but would like to come for social interaction with peers.
