Through self discovery, students will be afforded the opportunity to investigate their interests, strengths and personal values that align with their educational and career goals. Students will follow a weekly schedule rotating though a series of programs to gain a perspective of o-Tech's offerings. The purpose of this collaborative partnership summer boot camp is that secondary students completing the health science core, will not have to repeat the core in any other health science program in which it is a part. When the recommended sequence is followed, the structure allows students to complete at specified points for employment or remain for advanced training or cross-training. Students will earn an industry certification in Basic Life Support & Basic First Aid certification.
