Before and/or after-school academic support and acceleration opportunities offered to students through the end of this school year:

Before-school tutoring: 

Kindergarten Tutoring from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

K - 5th tutoring from 8:00 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. for students in Math and ELA.

3rd - 5th during block time

Academic support and acceleration opportunities offered on Saturdays through the end of this school year: 

Saturdays from February 6 – May 28 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., third through fifth grade students will receive support on Math, ELA, and Science through creative and enrichment activities in areas of need.

Academic support and acceleration opportunities offered as a special event or community outreach through the end of this school year:

Pleasant Hill will be offering academic support through several special events.  The following events are planned for second semester:
Dr. Seuss Week (March 1-5) – Promoting reading, Careers (The places you'll go).
AVID/PBIS Monthly events 
February 18 - Celebrate Kissimmee’s History – History and reading activities. Student will dress as a Cowboy.
March 12 - Pi Day to celebrate math and constant 3.14.
April 22 - Earth Day – Planting a tree project and Science-oriented activities
