• The purpose of the Flora Ridge Educational Facilities Benefit District is to provide for the timely construction and maintenance of Flora Ridge Elementary School facilities. The Benefit District is an alternative mechanism that allows for the sharing of educational facilities cost that is necessary to accommodate new growth and development.

    Provide for the levying of a non-ad valorem assessments to the homeowners within the boundaries of the District to support the debt obligations associated with the construction of an educational facility, and support the operating expenses of the District.
