The main office is located at: Extended Day Program • 1200 Vermont Avenue, Bldg. 13 • St. Cloud, Florida 34769   

The main office for the Extended Day Program is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday except for nationally recognized holidays. 

The main office accepts Extended Day payments from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Extended Day Weekly Fees

AM Service:  $35.00 for the first child/$30 for each additional child

PM Service:  $55.00 for the first child/$50.00 for each additional child

AM & PM Service:   $65.00 for the first child/$60.00 for each additional child

Wednesday Afternoon Only:  $15.00 per child

Payments are due the Friday prior to the week of service.  Payments for the program can always be paid in advance, so no late fees are accrued.  For your convenience, weekly payments can be paid at the Extended Day Program school site on Fridays (morning and evening) and Monday (morning only) with a check or money order only. Parents/Guardians are to completely fill out the check or money order.  Staff members cannot complete the check or money order.    

NOTE: Starter checks and/or business checks are not accepted. If a check is returned, a money order or credit card will only be accepted for payment for the remainder of the school year. Tuesday through Thursday, parents will only be able to pay program fees for the Extended Day Program by coming to the Extended Day Program main office during the regular operating hours.  Parents can also make payments over the phone by debit or credit card.  Please remember that there is a $2.00 service fee when paying with a credit/debit card.
