  •  The Software Web Tools Committee meets monthly to review requests for use of new software or web tools.  The district is required to protect students from accessing inappropriate content.  The committee reviews Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, external links and advertisements.  Software & Web Tools Evaluation Committee meetings are scheduled monthly, and applications are to be submitted by email to

    Note: Applications are accepted at anytime in between Meeting dates. They are reviewed by the Committee once the application is fully completed.  Some decisions/approvals are made prior to the meeting date.

    Submission Dates: July 6th, August 10th, September 7th, October 5th, November 2nd, December 7th, January 4th, February 1st, February 29th, April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th

    Meeting Dates: July 13th, August 17th, September 14th, October 12th, November 9th, December 14th, January 11th, February 8th, March 7th, April 11th, May 9th, June 13th

     

    NOTE: District leadership has determined all software, webtools and iPad apps must be reviewed and approved every five years.  If you do not see a previously approved item on the list, then a new application must be submitted.
