The “R.I.S.E. Up Osceola” (newborn through 2-year-old) program, formally known as Learn2Read, provides how-to techniques for parents/guardians of infants and young toddlers and prepares them for the next program on the READ Bus. This is a 'no cost' program for the community.

The STEAM Mobile Lab visits Title I schools and community events to promote careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics- STEM.
Born to Succeed is a countywide Early Literacy initiative for parents, infants, and toddlers in Osceola County. Born to Succeed promotes parent education and helps parents develop essential early literacy skills in their children.
