R.I.S.E. Up Osceola (Newborn through 2 years old)
The “R.I.S.E. Up Osceola” (newborn through 2-year-old) program, formally known as Learn2Read, provides how-to techniques for parents/guardians of infants and young toddlers and prepares them for the next program on the READ Bus. This is a 'no cost' program for the community.
