The School District of Osceola County understands the need to further develop future leaders. We are excited to reintroduce the Mobile STEAM lab to enhance curriculum taught in traditional classrooms by providing students with real-world-related activities. The Mobile STEAM Lab is a 45-foot high-tech motor coach, traveling across the 1,506 square-miles of Osceola county, designed to provide Title I K-12 students with one-of-a-kind educational experiences focused on developing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) skills and to inspire them to pursue careers in these areas. The interior of the Mobile STEAM Lab is custom equipped with laptops, tablets, and flat-screen TVs for interactive student learning. For more information about the Mobile STEAM Lab, please contact our office.

The district is excited to announce the 2023-24 Cosmic Nights at our Title I middle schools this fall. Step inside the Orlando Science Center's Mobile Planetarium to view planets, constellations, galaxies and more. This FREE event immerses students and families in hands-on STEAM activities. Many will have an opportunity to learn through Virtual Reality (VR) and Robotic Spheros. Nearby elementary school students and families are invited to attend as well.
