    Help your child to "R.I.S.E. Up" and develop an early love for learning and reading. This is a FREE interactive hands-on experience providing how-to techniques for parents/guardians and non-school-age children (newborn through the age of 2). Presented by the Parent Involvement Team of Osceola County School District.
