Your health and wellness is very important to the School District of Osceola County. The District’s worksite wellness program, Keeping PACE with Wellness, is designed to help you make small, but meaningful lifestyle changes that add up to big health rewards.
At SDOC, we believe in the power of engaging in physical, emotional, social and community wellbeing. We encourage you to participate in our new wellness program through EBMS, which is available to all employees at no cost. Our goal is to provide wellness resources to help you live a healthier, stronger and more vibrant lifestyle!

Health Kiosks
The School District of Osceola County and Medical Screening Solutions have placed interactive, bilingual Health Kiosks in various locations across the District. These kiosks can measure blood pressure, heart rate, body weight, and BMI. This information can be uploaded to an easy-to-create confidential health record to be shared with your doctor.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Health Kiosks are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies
This voluntary program offers expectant parents educational materials and resources, in addition to an incentive for completing the program. To learn more and complete enrollment documents, visit our Healthy Babies Program page.

Nutrition Assistance & Counseling
For SDOC Staff Members who are on the District's Health Services Plan, onsite Nutrition Counseling Services are available through the Center for Employee Health Center, at no-cost.
If you are not on the District's Health Services Plan, try PlateJoy for meal-planning assistance, mealtime inspiration and sample menus.

Onsite Group Exercise Classes
A variety of FREE onsite Group Fitness Classes including, Zumba, yoga, and strength training. Class locations and times vary. Learn more and get the current class schedule by visiting our Physical Activity page.

Road to Wellness Health Management Program
This program provides health management plans, personalized support systems, education, and encouragement. Programs included are those addressing asthma, diabetes, coronary artery disease, and high cholesterol.

Wellness Incentive Program
An incentive program available to all SDOC Staff Members on the Health Services Plan, awarding you for healthy activities and behaviors.
