The R.I.S.E. Up Bus is back and better than ever!  This early‑learning program helps children ages 0–4 build a strong foundation for reading and learning. The bus visits all five Osceola County Libraries throughout the week.

Weekly Library Schedule

• Monday: Poinciana Library
• Tuesday: Buenaventura Lakes Library (BVL)
• Wednesday: West Osceola Library (Celebration) 
• Thursday: Veterans Memorial Library (St. Cloud)
• Friday: Hart Memorial Library (Downtown Kissimmee)

Session Times

R.I.S.E. Up Osceola (Newborn–2 years)

• Session 1: 9:30 a.m.
• Session 2: 10:30 a.m.

R.I.S.E. Up Osceola (Ages 3–4)

• Session 1: 9:15–10:15 a.m.
• Session 2: 10:15–11:00 a.m.
• Session 3: 11:15 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
