Purpose:

The purpose of the Bellalago Educational Facilities Benefit District is to provide for the timely construction and maintenance of Bellalago Charter Academy school facilities.  The Benefit District is an alternative mechanism that allows for the sharing of educational facilities costs that is necessary to accommodate new growth and development. 
 

Services:

Provide for the levying of a non-ad valorem assessments to the homeowners within the boundaries of the District to support the debt obligations associated with the construction of an educational facility, and support the operating expenses of the District.
