Device Support

The Computer Support Team manages and maintains more than 70,000 computers and 15,000 iPads across the District. The team provides critical technical support to departments and school-based technicians, helping keep technology resources operating smoothly and efficiently.

Digital Learning & Testing

The team supports digital learning and computer-based testing by updating operating systems, browsers, applications, and device settings. This work gives students and staff access to secure and current technology for educational and administrative needs.

Student Intern Program

Student interns gain practical experience by working alongside technology professionals and assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting, and device deployment. The program supports District technology while preparing students with valuable skills for future careers.
