Between 9th and 12th grade, students work toward committing to an #SDOC4E pathway by...

  • Completing Matchmaker to explore how their strengths, interests, and goals align with different careers,
  • Exploring things to consider when choosing a career and workplace skills and attitudes for success, 
  • Differentiating between and reflecting on different pathways for after high school, and  
  • Identifying how to choose the best college, trade school, or technical school for them
