The Enterprise Team is responsible for building, installing, managing, and maintaining the server infrastructure that supports critical applications and services throughout the School District of Osceola County. This dedicated team ensures the seamless operation of email, data storage, websites, business applications, and computer-based testing, providing a stable foundation for both educational and administrative functions.

In addition to server management, the Enterprise Team administers user accounts across the District, carefully managing permissions, rights, and access to both in-house and cloud-based network services and resources. This enables secure and efficient access to technology for students, teachers, and staff, fostering a connected and collaborative learning environment.

The team also schedules and manages regular server backups and oversees data restoration processes to safeguard vital information and maintain business continuity. These efforts are critical in protecting the District's data assets and ensuring quick recovery in the event of unexpected disruptions.

Furthermore, the Enterprise Team provides technical support for district and school websites, mobile applications, and the emergency and general notification system. Their expertise ensures that communication channels remain reliable and accessible, contributing to effective information dissemination across the District.
