Our Team

  • Maintain and provide support for the My Professional Growth System (MyPGS), which manages employee professional learning and in-service credit records
  • Provide support to schools and departments in the development, implementation, and evaluation of professional learning courses
  • Provide support to educators in the development and implementation of Individual Professional Growth Plans
  • Collaborate with Professional Learning Leads from each school through the Professional Learning Council for Instructional Staff
  • Collaborate with Professional Learning PSS representatives from departments through the PSS Professional Learning Council
  • Provide support for new educators at Osceola County Schools through mentor programs, New Teacher Orientation, and New Educator Symposium
  • Provide courses for add-on certifications in the areas of ESE, ESOL, Reading, and Gifted
  • Collaborate with other district departments to provide Professional Learning Days for Instructional and Professional Support Staff
  • Provide district professional learning through the Title II, Part A Federal Program
  • Develop partnerships with Colleges and Universities
