Contact Us

Procurement and Contracts supports all schools and departments in the School District of Osceola County by managing the cost-effective, efficient, and competitive procurement of supplies, services, and equipment. The department oversees procurement activities, contract management, the P-Card program, purchase order issuance, and vendor record maintenance.

Small Business and Veteran Programs supports the inclusion of small and veteran-owned businesses in the School District of Osceola County's construction, procurement, and professional service activities. The team manages certification, outreach, education, and compliance efforts to increase vendor participation and promote economic growth. By doing so, the department strengthens local economic investment, benefiting students, families, and the broader community.

Property Records ensures the School District of Osceola County properly tracks, safeguards, and manages its assets. This includes maintaining accurate records of property changes, coordinating annual inventories, overseeing surplus property transfers, and providing property-related training and support to schools and departments, all in compliance with relevant regulations.

Warehouse is dedicated to providing first-class services to all schools and departments in the following areas:  mail/courier, FSA test distribution/pick-up, surplus transfer/pick-up/disposition, portable classroom furniture delivery/pick-up, general moving, and new facility installations.
